About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity to work with communities in North and South Leitrim areas, providing essential healthcare services. The successful candidate will be required to cover a full-time agency line of work for a period of three months.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality health services to individuals and communities in North and South Leitrim areas.
- Cover a wide range of responsibilities, including Monday to Friday service hours from 9 – 5.
- Work collaboratively with public health nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and service delivery.
- Travel extensively throughout the region, requiring access to a personal vehicle.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare management.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations and community-based projects.
