Senior Applications Engineer Position

This role involves working as a technical lead on precision signal chains that incorporate industry-leading converter, reference, and amplifier technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing converter circuits, as well as proficiency with electronic measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and multi-meters.

  • Support the development of ultra-precise converter, reference, and amplifier products backed up with high-quality application notes, technical articles, and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with top-tier engineers to conduct new product investigations, define specifications, research advanced technologies and tools for development, architect customer demonstration systems, and provide expert technical support to customers developing innovative solutions in instrumentation, industrial automation, automotive, healthcare, and communications industries.
  • Mentor junior applications engineers and guide them through system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in analog, linear, and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals, with analysis and troubleshooting experience.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing converter circuits.
  • Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment.
  • Proficiency with engineering analysis tools such as Python, SPICE, LabVIEW, and MATLAB.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with analog IC design.
