Senior Analog Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative analog/mixed-signal product architectures, including transistor-level signal conditioning blocks and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and efficient designs, including downstream specifications at the analog block level.
  • Engage with customers to determine technical feasibility and develop business cases for new product concepts.
  • Provide technical oversight and support to ensure successful product delivery, including IC layout, PCB design/layout, lab evaluation, and test.
  • Partner with Wafer Fab to drive process technology adoption and define next-generation process nodes.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentorship and technical leadership.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and layout, tools, and flows, as well as semiconductor device physics.
  • Extensive experience in designing amplifiers/OPAMP circuits, including precision auto-zero and chopping, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, technical documentation skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with focus on analog/mixed-signal design, and 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
