  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare food and drinks according to our recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
