Job Summary

The Operations Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure efficient and compliant operation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment.
  2. Implement lean tools to drive continuous improvement and process reliability.
  3. Develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and effective performance management.
  4. Plan resources to support weekly production schedules.
  5. Evaluate injection moulding, tool, and assembly changeover activities to ensure cGMP compliance.
  6. Maintain equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, calibration schedules, inventory control, and barcoding systems according to cGMP requirements.
Requirements:
  • A Level 7 or 8 HETAC Science/Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Injection Moulding/Automated Assembly experience is essential.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience is required.
  • Certification and experience in Lean (Green belt level) are highly desirable.
