Senior Content Strategist - Content Operations

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Content Strategist to lead the development of our Content Management product area.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content operations and be able to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for our customers.

This role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Operations within our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining content strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and impactful workflows and governance features
  • Driving discovery to validate customer problems and prioritize opportunities
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure strong adoption and positioning of your product

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience
  • Solid technical understanding and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to reason from first principles
  • Highly effective communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
