Residential Housing Professional

The Residential Housing Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of tenancies by providing support to tenants within their homes.

This challenging position requires excellent communication skills, strong IT and reporting capabilities, and 1-3 years of experience working with marginalized individuals to deliver housing services.

Responsibilities include managing a designated housing portfolio, maintaining regular contact with tenants, and addressing breaches of tenure. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with new tenants, orienting them to their new homes, and promoting our Good Neighbor Policy.

You will collaborate closely with the Housing Support Team to ensure that all required documentation is fulfilled and that tenants receive necessary support to pay their rent. You will also administer collections and provide management and support interventions to address arrears.

Furthermore, you will guarantee effective recording, communication, and delivery of all aspects of the maintenance service under the landlord's remit.
