  2. Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of meetings and events, including coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records of event details.
  3. Menu Management: Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the restaurant menu, wine, and beer list to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
  4. Inventory Management: Ensure that all inventory is managed effectively, with regular checks to maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting.
