Lead Clinical Specialist in Gynaecology and Urology

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our sales and market objectives in the field of gynaecology and urology.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of products and surgical techniques to customers, including key opinion leaders and large hospital groups. This role requires excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and training to customers on product usage and surgical techniques
  • Develop robust sales pipelines and advise on lead generation opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on our CRM system
  • Support product knowledge development with the sales team through teaching and training
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience working in a hospital setting, preferably as a physiotherapist, scrub nurse, or midwife
  • Specific experience in female healthcare, particularly in pelvic physiotherapy, is highly valued
  • Full clean driving license required
