Clinical Support Specialist

The Role of a Clinical Support Specialist in the Gynaecology Division is to drive sales and market objectives by promoting Gynaecology Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Territory.
- Provide customers with technical guidance and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques
- Engage with both existing and new Healthcare Professionals to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise on suitable sales leads
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity, working jointly with the appropriate Territory Manager/Sales Lead
- In addition to the customer-facing activity, the Clinical Specialist will also support the development of product & procedure knowledge with the sales team. This may involve teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching, or involvement in our Induction Training Programme
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years' experience working as a hospital-based Physio, Scrub Nurse or Midwife
- Specific experience in Female Healthcare such as Pelvic Physio actively sought
- Full Clean Driving License
- Advanced Communication and influencing skills
- Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a Clinical Environment
- Strong work ethos and motivation to succeed
- Resilience to overcome setbacks and rise to challenges
