Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Familiarize clients with various proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in PC technologies, including advanced Excel, Office Suite, and email.
