Global Transaction Risk Specialist

We are seeking skilled investigators to join our team, responsible for evaluating transactions and safeguarding our global customer base, profitability, and brand while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
The team's schedule is organized in shifts and on weekends to accommodate our 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that could pose a risk to our business, customers, or partners.
- Communicate with buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders via email and telephone to make informed decisions about risk.
- Maintain our site quality by enforcing policy guidelines.
- Take appropriate action to identify and mitigate the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
- Participate in special projects and collaborate with relevant business teams as needed.
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
