Job Description

Our organization is seeking a professional to provide quality engineering support in the areas of quality assurance, control and preventative activities. The selected candidate will work within the operations team to ensure the quality performance of products and processes.

  • Work closely with operations and other business functions to ensure quality performance.
  • Approval of NCs, proficient in problem solving and root causing activities.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
  • Review of change management activities.
  • Maintain KPIs for monitoring process quality, perform analysis and interpret trends, take action as necessary.
  • Support execution and analysis of QATs.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of Med Device concepts is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, GDP and GMP concepts is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
