Job Title: Senior Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Contract Coordinator will provide advanced administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual services. This includes responding to escalated client inquiries, reviewing vendor files, and generating reports on work order status.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Review and process invoices with accurate cost center coding.
  3. Assist with efforts to implement cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Create work orders, assign them to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  5. Participate in on-site inspections and log hazards.
  6. Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  7. Follow standardized procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • An understanding of work routines, standards, and application of skills in processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills with the ability to review and select solutions independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset.
