We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our operations team in Cork.

About the Role:
  • Manage sporting events and betting markets on a leading online platform.
  • E nsure website content meets industry, regulatory and company standards.
  • Liaise with teams to resolve issues or drive improvements to the platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, email and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage sporting events and betting markets.
  • Monitor sporting news and customer feedback to inform market decisions.
  • Ensure website content is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports betting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
