Pensions Risk Transfer Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will be part of an expanding team at Mercer, providing clients with expert advice on the journey to buy-in, broking the market and winding up schemes. Your key responsibility will be to project manage a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their buyout and winding up objectives, while coordinating all relevant teams and client stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of clients at various stages of the buy-in journey, including post-transaction buyout and wind-up phases. Your role will involve providing guidance on risk transfer, bulk annuity broking, and pension scheme wind-ups, as well as strong consulting skills and a proven track record of client exposure.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in risk transfer, bulk annuity broking, and pension scheme wind-ups.
  • An understanding of the journey to buy-out for pensions schemes, including key considerations.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a proven track record of client exposure.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, prioritizing and completing work while meeting project deadlines.
