This is a key opportunity to partner with clients who require expertise in managing Defined Benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accurate member records and scheme databases effectively
  • Preparing benefit statements and annual summaries as required
  • Administering scheme payroll and overseeing treasury activities
  • Liaising with scheme members and responding to their queries
  • Producing reports on SLA monitoring and supporting governance requirements
  • Contributing to the successful implementation of GMP equalisation projects and other initiatives
  • Supporting consultancy teams in delivering high-quality services

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in pensions administration (DB scheme experience essential)
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach to work is necessary
  • Strong communication skills are required for building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Adaptability to evolving admin practices, processes and regulations is also important
  • A collaborative mindset is needed to contribute to a multidisciplinary team
