Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled construction site leader to oversee the daily operations of our site.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in safely managing and supervising a construction site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • This involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • A thorough understanding of inventory management is essential, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective quality control measures.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with the project manager to plan and coordinate site activities.
  • Additionally, they will be expected to conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively manage site personnel and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise on-site.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, and a degree in construction management or a related field.

Skillset

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction site supervisor or manager.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology.
