Job Role
Our organization seeks a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to provide financial support to the site's operations, collaborating closely with the Finance and Purchasing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between finance and operations, offering financial guidance on budget management.
- Assist in developing cost systems and providing financial insights to optimize business performance.
- Determine actual costs for the site to control expenses and establish costs for production and inventory values.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary.
- Support the Head of Finance & Purchasing with various duties relating to costing, reporting, and budget planning.
Requirements
- Qualified professional with 3-5 years post-qualified experience.
- Industry experience and MS Office/ERP skills are essential.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
