Job Description

As a key supporting figure within the organization, you will work closely with the finance function and operations to achieve site financial objectives. Your role will involve providing analytical support, preparing budget and cost reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations to improve cost control and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of annual budgets, determine actual costs for the site, and establish costs for production and stock valuation.

You will also provide input on the forecasting process by analyzing market trends and patterns, determining their impact, and making recommendations for the site. Furthermore, you will prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACCA/CPA with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualified experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, with SAP experience being a distinct advantage.

Industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to demonstrate flexibility in mindset and approach.
