Role Overview

Elavon's European Hospitality vertical requires a seasoned GTM professional to oversee strategic objectives and ensure delivery against the annual financial plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and tenacity.

This is an individual contributor role within a fast-paced GTM team, requiring strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. The role involves travel and partial site presence in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a short/medium/long-term roadmap for the hospitality vertical, backed by insights from internal and external sources.
  • Conduct external (customer/partner) and internal (sales/RM) engagement to drive Voice Of Customer (VOC) and ensure outcomes are communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute an end-to-end GTM plan and roadmap that covers cross-functional needs and opportunities, underpinned by actionable market insight.

The GTM Manager will assess, challenge, and engage with stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Revenue, and Product to ensure commercial performance. They will maintain continuous engagement, consolidating input from customer-facing functions in planning and transformational decision-making.

Be a key business partner to the Sales Enablement team and to Product, understanding pipelines, timelines, and GTM activity to deliver the business case for the hospitality vertical.

Requirements
  • Experience in planning and forecasting processes.

  • Experience in proposition commercialization and delivering to market.
