Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
- Support with visual merchandising, maintaining an attractive and well-presented store environment
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, retail, business)
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
