Primary Responsibilities:
  • Error Analysis and Resolution:

  • Process Improvement:
    • Contribute to the development of training materials and process enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on error trends and resolution status, ensuring alignment and timely progress on remediation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of error detection and remediation processes, with a proven track record of managing competing demands across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team capability-building.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of customer remediation, quality assurance, or operational risk.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive systemic change through RCA insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
