Job Title:

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead payroll, compensation, and benefits initiatives for a thriving organization.

  • About the Role:
    • Manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data records for timely processing of payrolls.
    • Develop and implement effective payroll accrual strategies and prepare monthly journals with detailed variance analysis.
    • Perform additional duties and reporting as needed, such as Gender Pay Gap and Pay Transparency compliance.
  • Compensation & Benefits Expertise:
    • Strategize, administer, and manage company health insurance schemes, including provider management, renewal negotiations, and market research.
    • Oversight and administration of company pension plans, permanent health insurance, and death-in-service schemes, encompassing provider management, site coordination, rate negotiation, and benefit statement preparation.
    • Implement, manage, or offboard compensation & benefits programs deemed suitable by the organization.
    • Conduct market research and benchmarking on compensation and benefits to advise senior leadership on best practices and opportunities within the industry.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a fast-paced team environment, ideally in manufacturing/pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll systems, process improvements, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively across Finance and HR departments.
  • Attention to detail, organizational expertise, and proven track record of multitasking under tight deadlines.
