Job Title:

A proactive and results-driven account manager is required to provide exceptional customer service and support to a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand and sell card payment products, as well as maintain awareness of the business market and industry trends.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and increasing profitability, and providing accurate reports on daily activity.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to prioritize and manage a large portfolio, update CRM systems with outcomes and success of customer communications, and serve as an escalation point for internal and external client issues.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of card payment products and services, including dynamic currency conversion and multi-currency conversion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the portfolio and increase profitability.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
  • Update CRM systems with outcomes and success of customer communications.
  • Serve as the escalation point for internal and external client issues.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer account management role.
  • Evidence of consistently hitting and overachieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio with a focus on retention and growing the book of business.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of a company.
  • Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of negotiating issues.
  • Influential and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player able to work with colleagues across a multinational organization.
  • Willingness to accept change and maintain effectiveness in a changing environment.
