Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is pleasant, friendly and helpful.

This is a varied role, where you will work across different shift times, on diverse tasks and with different colleagues. You will be accountable for maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards, following freshness and rotation principles, and assisting in the stock count process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Maintaining high levels of stock loss control
  • Ensuring excellent store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • FOLLOWING FRESHNESS AND ROTATION PRINCIPLES
  • Supporting the stock count process
