As a Sales Partner Associate, you will be part of our virtual contact center team. You will support third-party sellers and vendors through Amazon's marketplace platform via phone, email, and chat.

You will interact with customers answering their questions and resolving issues related to Amazon's technology platforms, business policies, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales partners by solving incoming issues via three communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Exemplify customer obsession by consistently displaying genuine empathy and passion for customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
  • Oversee and achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Document all sales partner interactions according to standard operating procedures.
