Operations Management Lead

This position is suitable for a seasoned leader with expertise in regulated manufacturing who excels at driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee production teams across moulding, extrusion, assembly, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure high standards of performance, adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements, and cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support production teams to meet performance, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing issues, optimizing line performance, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, quality procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage time, attendance, and development of team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Promote continuous improvement, change management, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with planning and management to support scheduling, validation, process optimization, and capital projects.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring zero-accident standards and full EHS compliance.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • You should have a relevant third-level qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a GMP/regulated manufacturing environment is required.
  • You should have proven people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities are essential.
  • A flexible, proactive, and innovative approach to work is necessary.
