Job Title: Finishing Foreman

The role of the Finishing Foreman is a vital position in ensuring the success of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal works, guaranteeing they meet high-quality standards and are completed on schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily inspections to monitor progress and quality of finishes.
  • Management of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Regularly reviewing quality of finishes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compiling and closing out snag lists to ensure all issues are addressed.
  • Reading construction drawings to compare against works on site.
  • Monitoring subcontractors' compliance with quality programs.
  • Documenting works on site and reporting on project progress.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Manager.
  • Precise attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
  • A trade background is highly desirable.
  • Strong sub-contractor management skills.
