Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to join our team across multiple sites in Dublin and Athlone. As a Logistics Manager, you will have a strategic understanding of the logistics department and its key function of order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Managing the logistics department through effective planning and reporting.
  • Identifying new solutions and services to maintain, monitor, and increase revenue and contribution.
  • Development of strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.
  • Ensuring logistics objectives in terms of health & safety, quality, productivity, and cost are delivered.
  • Leading service excellence with a team driven to achieve high standards.
  • Driving an environment of support, training, and engagement.
  • Encouraging a competitive workplace with clearly set productivity and service level targets for your teams.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge in the logistics industry with proven experience in developing strategic plans and designing new solutions and services in a fast-paced operation.
  • A confident communicator/presenter with the skills to lead and manage teams as well as influence strategy and liaise with senior management.
  • A person capable of decisive and effective decision-making in a time-pressured environment.
  • A passion for building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • A strong problem solver with high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
