Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining stock levels and planograms to ensure displays are fully stocked and laid out as per planogram.
  • Quality control to ensure all stock is displayed correctly, displays are clean, and any point-of-sale materials are fully stocked and visible.
  • Building strong relationships with in-store contacts to build positive working relationships on behalf of our organization.
  • Responding to customer queries while working on the shop floor.
  • Reporting work completed, including photos and some ordering.
  • Maintaining planograms & displays, ensuring agreed space and shelf layouts are adhered to in store.
  • Monitoring distribution & availability, ensuring sufficient amounts of stock are always available with particular emphasis on core lines.
  • Delivering key performance indicators to ensure the success and sustainability of the Team.

Requirements:

  • Merchandising and/or hardware background.
  • Computer literacy – ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as required.
  • An understanding of the home improvement/diy market would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to undertake physical activity as this role will involve lifting and moving some heavy products.
  • Flexibility to complete additional work at peak times.
