The ideal candidate will have production experience, but we will also consider candidates from other industries with transferable skills.
- Operate production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect products on the assembly line.
- Implement and adhere to all quality and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Identify and correct basic manufacturing issues as directed.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation related to work in progress.
- Communicate production problems to supervisors.
- Assist with setting up equipment for efficient operation.
- Notify maintenance personnel of equipment repairs needed.
- Clean equipment as required.
- Foster effective communication within the team.
- Support overtime during peak periods.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent.
- Previous working experience in place of formal qualifications.
- Availability to work full-time hours.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts.
