The role of Product Genius is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the motor industry. As a result of expanding operations, we are now inviting applications for this challenging and rewarding position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth product information and insight to customers, inspiring and exciting them with our BMW products.
  • Promote the unique selling points of our vehicles and their customer benefits, highlighting the value proposition that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by using non-pressured customer discussions, building strong relationships and trust with our clients.
Main Duties
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, ensuring that all staff have access to the latest knowledge and insights.
  • Provide customers with specification information about all BMW products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Plan and manage the customer test drive process, working closely with the Sales Executive to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
  • Pro-actively approach customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need help, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

Additional Requirements

A full valid driving licence is essential for this role.
