Digital Infrastructure Specialist

The role of the Digital Infrastructure Specialist involves working on a large-scale project in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models of infrastructure services and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion.

• Modeling infrastructure services and coordinating with contractors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including fabrication, construction, and commercial teams, to deliver high-quality results
• Attending coordination meetings with trade partners, design teams, and client representatives
• Presenting completed designs to client representatives for review and approval
• Generation of fabrication packs and issuing to fabrication and construction teams
• Quality assurance and quality control of design work carried out by you and other engineers
• Ensuring modeling meets required standards as set out in client and company best practices

• Proficient in BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CADWorx)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM coordination
• Ability to work in a collaborative design environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and self-starter
• Prior experience in similar projects is essential
