">As a Utilities Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our facility's systems to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions to safeguard the environment and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute planned maintenance routines, including predictive, preventative, and calibration activities.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures or issues, providing timely solutions in a cross-functional environment.
- Record interventions, including failure codes, and provide guidance for preventative action to minimize downtime.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendors and assist with tasks such as setup, sampling, and cleaning validation activities.
- Support major equipment overhauls and ensure accurate data capture through Work Orders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job plan information and spare parts management.
Requirements
">- Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical related field.
- Extensive experience in maintenance or engineering roles in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
