Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

As a maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a factory and associated facilities.

This role involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, developing procedures to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on inventory management, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.

You will collaborate closely with the management team to understand operational needs and provide necessary support. Your primary goal will be to prioritize the safety and well-being of all staff and provide day-to-day engineering services in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a high-volume, regulated food production or related industry, and hold a National Craft Senior Trades Electrician or equivalent qualification. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and deliver cost-effective design solutions are essential.
