About the Opportunity:

We are seeking highly skilled and safety-conscious individuals to operate buses across Cork.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate buses on scheduled routes across Cork while prioritizing road safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Adhere to timetables and operational procedures, ensuring efficient transportation services.
  • Process cash fares and complete end-of-shift financial transactions accurately.
  • Work across early, middle, and late shifts as part of a rotating roster, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintain professional standards by adhering to company policies, including uniform requirements.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Irish category D driving license.
  • Must have up-to-date CPC & Tacho card.
  • Must be aged 21 or over (insurance requirement).
  • Strong focus on safety, responsibility, and professionalism, with a passion for delivering high-quality transportation services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Flexibility to work across a 5/7 roster, including weekends and varying shifts, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Garda vetting may be required, depending on individual circumstances.
