Essential Job Functions:

Maintenance Scheduler

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and planning skills. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available. This will involve maintaining and updating job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively contributing to safety and quality enhancements.

The successful candidate will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance tasks. Additionally, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and assisting in resolving maintenance issues where responsibilities are unclear will be part of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and assist in resolving maintenance issues where responsibilities are unclear.
About You:
  • FETAC level 6 or equivalent in either an E&I or mechanical discipline.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
  • Proficient in English.
  • 2+ years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience in a maintenance role.
