Insurance Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of motor damage claims and other claims-related activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and negotiating a portfolio of claims on behalf of Zurich Insurance plc in Wexford, Ireland.
- Managing a portfolio of material damage claims.
- Proactively managing cases to achieve a settlement within designated authority levels, in line with established standards and procedures.
- Demonstrating advanced technical claims competence for handling moderate to high complexity material damage claims.
- Driving cases to timely and accurate resolutions, with a focus on customer service, indemnity, and expense management.
Key qualifications and skills required:
- Industry knowledge and experience.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
- Excellent technical insurance knowledge and skills.
- Strong decision-making and numeric skills.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
This role may be available part-time or full-time. We value diversity and flexibility in our workforce.
Primary work location is Wexford, Ireland. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
