Job Title: Experienced Claims HandlerWe are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team based in Wexford, Ireland.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and negotiation of a portfolio of motor damage claims and other claims-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of material damage claims.
- Proactively managing cases to achieve a settlement within designated authority levels.
- Demonstrating advanced technical claims competence for handling complex claims.
- Driving cases to a timely and accurate resolution with focus on customer service, indemnity, and expense.
- Minimum 1 year industry experience.
- Holds or is working towards relevant professional qualifications.
- Excellent technical insurance knowledge.
- Strong decision-making and numeric skills.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
