Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving claims in a timely and accurate manner, providing excellent customer service to claimants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and negotiate a portfolio of damage claims and other claims-related activities.
  • Work closely with claimants to provide accurate claims advice and resolve cases efficiently.
  • Establish timely and consistent reserves, and perform ongoing reviews throughout the claims cycle.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of cases to achieve settlement within designated personal authority levels.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two higher level C3s/H5 subjects in the Leaving Certificate or Third Level Qualification (minimum Diploma Level 6 Standard).
  • Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP) and/or Association of Insurance Institute ACII qualification.
  • Strong customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • An innovative approach to work, training, and problem-solving, as well as quick learning capabilities and aptitude for understanding variable elements of insurance products.
