Claims Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor damage claims and other claims-related activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of material damage claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions with focus on customer service, indemnity, and expense.
  • Proactively manage cases to achieving a settlement within designated personal authority levels, driving efficient case resolution while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical claims competence for handling moderate to high complexity material damage claims, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships to ensure all stakeholders are informed on relevant file updates, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's industry experience in claims administration or a related field.
  • Possession of or working towards relevant professional qualifications, such as CIP, MDI, or ACII.
  • Excellent technical insurance knowledge and strong decision-making skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
