We are seeking an experienced and skilled Motor Claims Handler to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of motor claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and fair outcomes.
- Make early and proactive decisions on liability, indemnity, and settlement strategy.
- Tailor case handling to meet specific client expectations and service levels.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Key Qualifications and Skills:- APA or CIP qualified, with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in handling motor claims.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity independently.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in claim settlements.
