About the RoleThis role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in managing claims portfolios, negotiating settlements, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling complex claims cases, working closely with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical insurance knowledge, excellent decision-making and numeric skills, and high-level interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of material damage claims
- Negotiate settlements with customers and third-party claimants
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting and finance, to ensure seamless processing of claims
- 1+ years of industry experience in claims management
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CIP or ACII
- Excellent technical insurance knowledge
- Strong decision-making and numeric skills
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
