Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have strong technical knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling claims from initial report to final settlement
  • Communicating with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth claim processing
  • Conducting thorough investigations to determine liability and assess damages
  • Developing and implementing effective claims strategies to minimize losses and maximize customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in claims handling or a related field
  • Excellent technical knowledge of insurance products and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
