Claims Team Lead Position

This senior leadership role oversees a dynamic team managing motor and property claims.

  • Lead a team of 10-12 Claims Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensure timely compliance with service level agreements, maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Support team growth through mentorship and training programs

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Performance

• Oversee performance against agreed client service level agreements/key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Regularly monitor individual and team performance, conduct routine one-on-one sessions

Training Development

• Develop and deliver customized training on client expectations and claims procedures

• Mentor junior staff and new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge

Regulatory Compliance Collaboration

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and process improvements
