About the RoleAs a Home Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional home care services throughout Ireland. Your primary objective is to support, develop, and oversee our care team, enabling the provision of outstanding in-home care services that empower our clients to maintain their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Organize the acceptance of new home care packages
- Conduct home assessments and risk assessments
- Allocate work and establish rosters for all care staff in collaboration with schedulers
- Cultivate relationships in the area with Key Workers
- Address client queries promptly, documenting and reporting all actions
- Arrange regular team meetings
- Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, pregnancy risk assessments, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Highly motivated manager
- Experience in leading a team of care staff
- Willingness to travel within Dublin
- Proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in IT
Our competitive salary and benefits package includes:
