Job Title

Our company seeks a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and management team.

  • This role involves providing exceptional support to employees, including managing employee life-cycle changes and tracking relevant data in the HRIS system.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively respond to daily inquiries from employees.
  • Additionally, this role requires the ability to analyze reports for HR and Finance teams, and assist with compliance projects such as personnel file audits and benefit document reviews.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR is required, with a focus on human resources generalist roles.
  • HRIS experience, especially with Workday, is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate must possess advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs.
  • A strong background in managing confidential information and high-volume candidate management is essential.
