Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 12-month contract.

The role is based in Dublin 2, with 2/3 days spent onsite. The successful candidate will have access to full benefits.

This position focuses on business partnering and operational HR tasks, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary HR point of contact for various departments, undertaking payroll preparation and leave management, supporting Management on various HR projects and initiatives, providing HR advisory services and coaching to people managers, developing strong relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs, and collaborating with the HR operations team on innovative solutions.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist in a professional services environment. They should also demonstrate experience in employee relations and HR operations, be able to build partnerships with senior stakeholders, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a strong analytical mindset.
