Camphill Communities of Ireland is a leading national organisation that supports individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Manager to lead our Residential Service in Greenacres, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the service, including strategic planning, staff management, and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the lives of our residents
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organisational goals
**Requirements**
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care. Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification. At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility including demonstrative experience strategic planning. At least 5 years experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
